One-on-one support

One-on-one support (by email, phone and eCare) is on a paid basis (US$ 99.00 for twelve months). Queensberry customers qualify for free one-on-one support subject to a minimum purchase requirement. As in the past, purchase of a Starter Kit is required to become a Queensberry album client.

How one-on-one support works: You can email us at info@ photojunction.com or if you prefer, phone us. Please state your question clearly. If you phone you should leave a message, stating your name, contact number and email address clearly (we will email or phone you as appropriate).

We respond to to emails and phone calls in the order we receive them. We aim to respond with 2 working days but we’re normally much quicker.

Don’t forget our time is half a day ahead of Europe, and three-quarters of a day ahead of America. Unfortunately that means on Friday your time we’re likely closed for the weekend.

    I've had to rebuild my machine as basically it was stuffed (technical phrase), however I did manage to take a full copy of everything that was on the C: drive (windows XP as was then).

    I have no rebuilt my PC (Vista 64bit) and I'm trying to get my project/event files back and usable (if this is possible). Please can you advise how this can be done? Is there a default folder I'm not managed to find I can reimport from?
